As a Product Specialist - Product Manager - Surgical Robotics you will

  • Develop and execute clinical marketing roadmaps to drive short- and long-term procedure adoption goals across key surgical specialties
  • Lead market analytics and Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives to identify unmet clinical needs and translate insights into actionable commercial strategies
  • Craft and refine clinical value messaging to articulate the benefits of robotics vs. laparoscopic surgery to surgeons and hospital executives
  • Build tailored clinical development plans for Tier-1 Academic Centers and high-end Private Hospitals
  • Lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the robotic product portfolio including next-gen Multi-port and Single-port systems
  • Monitor the robotic landscape and develop tactical competitive responses based on clinical evidence
  • Support reimbursement strategies, hospital listing, and provincial admission initiatives to remove barriers to entry
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), proctors, and observation sites
  • Organize high-impact symposia, webinars, and Medical Education (MedEd) programs to foster clinical exchange
  • Equip the commercial team with clinical white papers, objection-handling scripts, and value-based presentations
  • Partner with the Clinical Training team to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for surgeons and OR staff
Job Requirement

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, or Business (MBA is a plus)
  • 10+ years of experience in the Healthcare or Medical Device industry
  • Minimum 5 years in Strategic Marketing, Clinical Marketing, or Business Development
  • Strong preference for candidates with direct Surgical or Operating Room (OR) exposure
  • Ability to build strategic frameworks and turn clinical data into business arguments
  • Proven track record in product launches, value messaging, and sales enablement
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (Written & Verbal)
  • Excellent presentation skills with Executive Presence
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and occasionally internationally
